Outdoor Yoga & Qigong - Monday - 11am-12pm

A refreshing & uplifting outdoor class in the sheltered grounds of Milnathort Guide Hall. Booking is on a class-by-class basis as it is weather dependant. £5 per class. 

 

In-Person Yoga- Tuesday 2-3.15pm

A gentle afternoon class at Dance Connect, Kinross, blending mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, relaxation and poetry. £28 for a 4 week block (£9 drop-in). Max 8 students.

Zoom Yoga- Wednesday 7-8.15pm

A gentle evening class on Zoom blending mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, relaxation and poetry. £24 for a 4 week block (£7 drop-in).

Essential Somatics - Thursday 10-11am

A neuromuscular re-education class at Dance Connect, Kinross to learn how to move without pain. Max 8 students. Please see Somatics page for more details. £32 for a 4 week block (£10 drop-in).
