Weekly Classes and more ...

 

Classes finish at the end of June for the school summer holidays and begin again the week of 19 August 24. Please enquire if you would like to join in! 

Somatic Movement (on Zoom) - Mondays - 11am-12pm

Gentle mat-based practice. Learn to release chronic tension and move without pain. Class recorded and available for 7 days.

Nourishing movement, meditation and relaxation to support the cycles and seasons of a woman's life.

Qigong - Wednesdays - 10-10.45am

Ancient art of movement meditation outdoors in nature, inside if it rains. 

£6 block/ £8 drop-in.

* before beginning Somatic Movement for the first time I will send some foundational information including lesson 1 of my beginners course.

One-to-One/ Small Group Sessions

I offer limited one-to-one at my home yoga studio in Mawcarse just outside Milnathort (see image). These can be especially helpful if you are feeling nervous about beginning, or are unable to make the weekly class times or have a particular issue that you need help with - for example, you are finding a particular movement or practice hard to grasp and need a little extra support and guidance.
