Classes 

Classes stop for the October school holidays and resume on Mon 24 Oct 22. All Zoom classes are recorded and made available for 7 days. Drop-in is often possible if you are unable to commit to a block. Beginners always welcome.

Well Woman Yoga In-Person- Tuesday - 10-11.15am
