I am taking a break for the Easter school holidays and classes resume the week of the 19th April on Zoom and also outdoors.
Outdoor Yoga & Qigong - Monday - 11am-12pm
A refreshing & uplifting outdoor class in the sheltered grounds of Milnathort Guide Hall. Booking is on a class-by-class basis as it is weather dependant. £5 per class. Covid safety protections in place.
Gentle Yoga & Qigong - Tuesday 4-5.15pm
A gentle afternoon class on Zoom bookended with a short meditation/ settling practice and lying-down relaxation. £24 for a 4 week block.
YogaRest - Wednesday 7-8pm
A soothing evening class on Zoom combining gentle floor-based movements and a long lying-down relaxation/ yoga nidra. £20 for a 4 week block.
Essential Somatics - Thursday 10-11am
This is a small therapeutic class on Zoom to learn how to move without pain. Max 6 students. Please see Somatics page for more details. £32 for a 4 week block.
