My style of teaching involves a relaxing blend of simple yoga postures, qigong, breathwork, mindfulness meditation and relaxation. I teach in a gentle, somatic style with a focus on slowing down, tuning in and finding the expression of movement that is right for you without judgement. Here are the times ...

Mondays 10-11.15am 

Wednesdays 7-8.15pm

Fridays 10-11.15am

Cost: £6 per class (paid in a block) or £8 drop-in
