Classes 

Classes are bookable in 4 week blocks. Drop-in is often possible if you are unable to commit to a block, please just ask. Beginners always welcome.

Somatic Movement (at home) - Monday - 11am-12pm

Gentle mat-based practice. Learn to release chronic tension and move without pain. Class recorded and available for 7 days.
