Welcome to my class schedule! All Zoom classes are recorded and made available for 7 days. Drop-in is often possible if you are unable to commit to a block, please just ask. Beginners always welcome!!

Somatic Movement on Zoom - Monday - 11am-12pm

Gentle mat-based practice. Learn to release chronic tension and move without pain.

£8 block/ £10 drop-in. *

 

Gentle Yoga In-Person- Tuesday - 10-11.15am

Nourishing movement, meditation and relaxation to support the cycles and seasons of a woman's life.

£7 block/ £9 drop-in.

Ancient art of movement meditation outdoors in nature, inside if it rains.
